Tonopah NV - Outhouse at mining camp (circa 1900)
Tule Springs - remained undeveloped until December 7, 1941, when Jacob Goumond decided that he would build a ranch and a private retreat for his friends. Goumond later decided that he should take advantage of the liberal divorce laws in Nevada and build a dude ranch for prospective divorcees. The ranch, shown partly in this photo, could accommodate 10-12 guests waiting out their short residency requirement.
